What

Gabrielle designs and delivers research and social impact projects with institutions and not-for-profit organisations. She develops training packages for language and education professionals, including sign language interpreters and teachers. She also builds capacity with deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing people by offering academic and career support directly in a sign language and without the need for interpreters.

This support relates to people's specific education and career goals and capacity building. It is tailored to the person and what they are wanting to do, and ranges from short term to ongoing. The aim is to help people navigate what are often sticky or difficult transitions relating to work or study, and get systems in place to work independently with deaf eyes and recognition. The aim is to get to a point where these services are no longer needed.

Do you have a project or collaboration you would like to initiate? Do you seek workshops or support? Feel free to get in touch.
